  • "Incredible new opening in Leeds! Feels like a real escape in the city centre. I’ve done a lot of sauna and cold plunges but Kontrast has a unique atmosphere and amazing vibes. Amazing staff and all round experience. Would highly recommend and definitely be back soon!"

  • "what an incredible place! Having been to the MCR one I was so excited when I heard about one coming to Leeds. It's a perfect place to relax. There is no better feeling than the calm that you get from exposing yourself to hot and then cold and repeating. Kontrast is a tranquil base for this with the low lighting, meditative music and high quality ice baths and saunas. The staff are wonderful, which really added to the feeling of self care and rejuvenation. I can't wait to return!."

  • "Super friendly staff and comfortable space, and such good value for money!"

  • "The most incredible place - perfect for catching up with friends or relaxing alone. The staff are so lovely, if you stop for a chat after your session you’ll come out with a new friend. The facilities are beaut and always clean! The vibes are what make it: no egos, no judgements - just a truly inclusive, special little hub."
